I agree with the Dont ask, Dont tell policy. This isn't because I am Homophobic, but I am a realist. The armed froces is mainly populated by a straight community, but there are gays also doing the same job fighting for our country. I believe that if this policy changes there will just be more issues that create problems in the United States armed forces. Think about it, would you rather have are army doing there job defending our counrty or fighting over who's aloud to fight. If somebody wants to be gay in the army, airforce, marines, I will look at them no differernt than any other man or woman. Just another individual defending our counrty. Yes, the rights of gay individuals are very important to society, but when it comes to war, I believe we should put this argument aside until we are done with defending the future of the counrty.
On the other hand, fighting for gay rights is kind of a policy that will change the future of the United States armed forces and community's
